Welcome to Fuzzy’s World. By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Fuzzy’s World provides custom home décor products including wreaths, door leaners, mats, lanterns, topiaries, and porch styling services. All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photos due to the custom nature of our work.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Once an order is placed and production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Customers are responsible for approving all customization details (colors, names, themes, etc.) before production begins.

  • Slight variations in color, ribbon patterns, or materials may occur based on availability.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • For large porch installations or bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery or installation.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 BUSINESS days unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

  • Fuzzy’s World is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once they leave our possession.

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

5. Local Delivery & Installation

  • Local delivery and porch installations are available within 75 miles of Pelham. DO NOT SELECT PICKUP OPTION DURING CHECKOUT IF TOU ARE NOT WITHIN THIS DISTANCE. Your order will be cancelled. 

  • The customer must ensure the area is accessible and safe for installation.

  • Fuzzy’s World is not responsible for damage caused by weather, theft, or improper handling after installation is completed.

    6. Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
    • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
    • Approved issues may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.

    7. Product Care & Liability

    • Our décor items are designed for decorative purposes only.
    • Exposure to extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, wind, direct sunlight) may cause wear and tear.
    • Fuzzy’s World is not liable for damage resulting from weather, misuse, or improper care.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All designs, images, branding, and content created by Fuzzy’s World are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

    9. Pricing & Availability

    • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
    • We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Fuzzy’s World shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
